Return Policy

Have an issue with your order? No Problem! Here is how we can help make it right.

Return Criteria:

  • We accept returns only if the merchandise is unworn, in new condition, and returned within 30 days of the original sale.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in their original box and or packaging. Apparel should be tagged.
  • Worn items are not accepted unless due to a manufacturer defect (to be determined by Soft Shoe upon receipt).
  • Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
  • While returns may be shipped back by the most convenient method, we are not responsible for lost return packages that are unin-sured and untraceable.


  1. Return the item(s) in original boxes to our return address below. (Ensure that you do not tape the shoe box.)
  2. When we receive the product we will review the product and order details and will refund your money as long as it meets our return criteria.
  3. Once we receive your return, refunds can take 2-10 business days before you see the funds returned to your account. If you have any questions regarding the transaction of funds, you can have your bank contact us.


  •  We are unable to offer exchanges online during the return process.
  •  If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order.
  •  We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order. If you have inventory questions please call us at 1-859-623-8561.

Purchased In Our Store?
If you purchased your item(s) in our physical store location, you can take your return back to the physical location. You will need the original receipt and the original box, and it must be within 30 days of purchase. Additional information is available for in-store returns at 859-623-8561.
