Have an issue with your order? No Problem! Here is how we can help make it right.
- We accept returns only if the merchandise is unworn, in new condition, and returned within 30 days of the original sale.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in their original box and or packaging. Apparel should be tagged.
- Worn items are not accepted unless due to a manufacturer defect (to be determined by Soft Shoe upon receipt).
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
- While returns may be shipped back by the most convenient method, we are not responsible for lost return packages that are unin-sured and untraceable.
- Return the item(s) in original boxes to our return address below. (Ensure that you do not tape the shoe box.)
- When we receive the product we will review the product and order details and will refund your money as long as it meets our return criteria.
- Once we receive your return, refunds can take 2-10 business days before you see the funds returned to your account. If you have any questions regarding the transaction of funds, you can have your bank contact us.
- We are unable to offer exchanges online during the return process.
- If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order.
